William "Bill" Loeb started his career as an agent for MCA. He then moved into personal management, representing such stars as Rose Marie, The Supremes, Rosemary Clooney, Mel Torme, The Bonanza Stars, Donald O'Connor, and Margaret Whiting, and produced The Bing Crosby Show.

 

William was a co-founder and past president of the Conference of Personal Managers, which served as the foundation for the establishment of the Talent Managers Association in 2000.
