Please find links to the supplemental forms needed to complete your application below, along with the current application for Membership. All forms must be included with your application at the time of submission in order for your application to be considered. All documents will be verified as part of the applicant's vetting process.

TMA FULL MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
In addition to the forms above, please prepare to upload the following:
A DETAILED RESUME that outlines applicant's employment history as pertaining to entertainment and, more specifically, personal management;
One of the following, if the applicant's company is not yet registered with the TMA, as PROOF OF THE COMPANY'S BUSINESS STRUCTURE: (a) Fictitious Business Name Statement (Sole Proprietor / Single Owner LLC); (b) Articles of Organization (Limited Liability Company); or (c) Articles of Incorporation (Corporation);
A scan of a VOIDED COMPANY CHECK as proof that the company holds an operating account, if the applicant's company is not yet registered with the TMA;
A full list of the applicant's CURRENT ROSTER on company letterhead, notating the franchised agency and point agent for each client as well as their union affiliation(s);
A copy of applicant's valid CALIFORNIA CHILD PERFORMER PERMIT, if the applicant represents minor clients and operates their business in the State of California, or if the applicant represents minor clients that are based in the State of California;
Three (3) PROFESSIONAL REFERENCES on their company letterhead. One (1) of these references must come from a licensed and SAG-AFTRA or ATA franchised talent agent that currently shares a client with the applicant. Two (2) references can be from either a second and/or third licensed and SAG-AFTRA or ATA franchised talent agent that currently shares a client with applicant, a casting director who is a member of the CSA and has worked with applicant as a talent manager within the last two (2) years, a licensed entertainment attorney who has experience working with applicant in their role as a talent manager or a studio executive that is familiar with applicant in a talent management capacity.
Once you've submitted your completed application, the Membership Committee Chair will be in touch with you regarding next steps in your application process, which will include paying your non-refundable application fee of $50.00 to the TMA Treasurer and scheduling your virtual interview with the Membership Committee.
Please allow 2-5 business days for the TMA to confirm receipt of your application. The vetting process takes approximately 2-4 weeks, and a vote date will be assigned to each applicant once the Membership Committee confirms receipt of their completed application.
