Ray is a Department Head (Talent Manager/Producer) at Zero Gravity Management, one of the industry's leading management and production companies, whose productions include "Ozark" and The Accountant. He formerly ran Embolden Entertainment, and has worked at both CAA and NBC. Ray also teaches a top-rated entertainment course, "Building Your Career in Traditional, New, and Emerging Media" at UCLA.
