With over 30 years of industry experience and clients spanning the New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta and London markets, Lori Kay has developed a hands-on and supportive approach to guiding talent through an ever-evolving industry. After a successful five-year run as Principal of Prevail Artist Management, she now operates as President of FP Artists in New York City. Whether pursuing work on camera or onstage, FPA clients receive step-by-step and honest guidance with regards to training, brand development, marketing and more.
She simultaneously serves as talent liaison and producer with FPA's sister company Framework Productions, whose broad scope of projects branches across narrative, commercial, documentary, concerts, branded content and live events.
Ms. Kay holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theatre-Acting (Honors) with a Minor in Music Business from Western Illinois University, as well as performance training with Joseph Bernard, Chris Bearde and The Second City. When her schedule allows, she enjoys speaking at universities and conservatories around the country about the realities of The Business of The Business so that student's can better prepare themselves for the expectations of the industry as a profession.
