With over 30 years of industry experience and clients spanning the New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta and London markets, Lori Kay has developed a hands-on and supportive approach to guiding talent through an ever-evolving industry. Whether pursuing work on camera or onstage, clients receive step-by-step and honest guidance with regards to training, brand development, marketing and more.

Ms. Kay holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Theatre-Acting (Honors) with a Minor in Music Business from Western Illinois University, as well as performance training with Joseph Bernard, Chris Bearde and The Second City. When her schedule allows, she enjoys speaking at universities and conservatories around the country about the realities of The Business of The Business so that students can better prepare themselves for the expectations of the industry as a profession. She also serves as a judge for the Daytime Emmy Awards.

An active producer, Kay recently worked on the feature film Herd (2023), which World Premiered on IMAX at FrightFest London, with subsequent screenings at NY Comic Con and LA Comic Con. It was released by Dark Sky Films on VOD in October 2023 and can be seen on Shudder in 2024. She has various features and series projects in development, and currently produces The Heller Awards in Los Angeles.
