Jean-Louis Diamonika is the founder and president of Invictus Entertainment, a talent management firm, specializes in the management of actors, athletes, writers and directors. Upon graduation from Syracuse University, Jean-Louis started working in the New York office of A.B. Isaacson & Associates, a highly respected business-to-business public relations and marketing company.

After approximately two (2) years at A.B. Isaacson & Associates, Jean-Louis ventured into entertainment when Cunningham-Escottt-Dipene (CED) Talent Agency, now known as Cunningham-Escottt-Slevin-Doherty (CESD) Talent Agency, the pre-eminent commercial talent agency in the United States, recruited him to join its growing and impressive team. Taking advantage of his business management degree attained from Syracuse University, he served his apprenticeship in the on-camera commercial department to an industry veteran. He quickly established himself and contributed to the success and growth of the agency in many areas, including leading the initiative to create CED's on-camera commercial sports department. In a short time, this department established itself as the leading on-camera commercial sports department on the East Coast, thus eliminating Cunningham's reliance on independent sports managers. Due to his unparalleled success during his apprenticeship in the on-camera department, he was promoted and became an agent in the voice-over/promo department. In his new position, he was responsible for quickly establishing strategic alliances with the world's largest and most powerful interactive video game companies and producers. Five and a half (5 1/2) years after beginning employment at CED, he departed the agency to pursue other entertainment opportunities.

Jean-Louis soon joined the talent department in the New York office of The Gersh Agency; however, fifteen (15) months later he ventured into talent management when he joined One Entertainment as a talent manager. He spent more than five (5) years at One Entertainment and in August 2010, he departed to form his own management firm, Invictus Entertainment.

Invictus Entertainment is a New York-based management firm representing a diverse list of clients Worldwide. This includes up & coming and established talent alike. The production arm of Invictus Entertainment is gearing up to begin development on film, television & theatre projects.

Jean-Louis has spoken at several universities and on numerous entertainment panels and is a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences and the Talent Managers Association.
