Eric Bender started his career in entertainment as an attorney at PolyGram Records and then at the Universal Music Group where he ran business affairs for their leading merchandising company Bravado, brokering deals for some of the biggest recording artists in the world: The Beatles, Rolling Stones, U2, Bob Dylan, Bob Marley, Led Zeppelin, Elton John, The Doors, The Who, Lady Gaga, Metallica, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, Drake, Travis Scott and the Weeknd.
 

Realizing he loved working with talent on the creative side, he produced the independent feature film, “Bittersweet Place” starring Elisabeth Moss, Chris Messina, Michael Zegen and Seymour Cassel which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and the Sundance Channel.  He then transitioned to management where he currently has a clientele of actors, recording artists and influencers.
 

His approach to talent management is hands-on, fully invested, and diversified.  His background as a lawyer and in endorsements, branding, merchandising and licensing along with having a great ear for music and eye for talent gives him an edge in the business of developing and building talent from the ground up.  He truly understands the importance, value and power of branding from the onset of their career.
