Denise has been involved in the entertainment industry for over 25 years as both a parent of a successful young actor/musician and an industry professional, as a talent scout for established managers and agents. She decided to expand and share her contacts and experience and established her own youth and young adult management company. She is currently the owner of DeeHart Talent, a boutique talent management company based in the NYC metropolitan area. Her philosophy is to create close personal relationships with her talent base while nurturing their creative energy and developing strategic and successful approaches to auditioning and performances. Her goal is to attract and retain quality talent while conducting business with reputable industry partners such as agents, casting directors, writers, directors and production companies.
