Hayato "Kevin" Mitsuishi moved to Los Angeles to pursue his career in entertainment and set out to bridge the gap between Hollywood and Japan. Having studied and worked in the US, Canada and Japan, he saw an opportunity to connect the two industries with his experience. He also realized that cultivating talent would be an integral part of achieving this goal and established Kevin’s Entertainment in 2008. Specializing in international entertainment business, Hayato’s experience and expertise lie in helping people from different countries and cultural backgrounds to do business together. Currently working with both American and Japanese entertainment companies, he manages, promotes, and cultivates actors, models, directors, and creators in the US. Besides managing talent, Hayato is also part of a Japanese government project designed to develop international film producers in Japan as well as provides his business expertise as International Market Consultant for 20th Century Fox. Through his endeavors to promote mutual appreciation between Hollywood and Japan, Hayato co-founded the Japan Film Society, a non-profit organization that seeks to introduce Japanese film and culture in the US. As the President, he leads the JFS to conduct events, screenings, seminars, and the LA EigaFest, a film festival showcasing Japanese and Japanese influenced films. Hayato received his MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management in Los Angeles and also holds a BA in Business and Commerce from Keio University in Tokyo, Japan.
